Shipping Information

Please note that we must have a street address (no P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses) for delivery.  Recipient's telephone number is required on all orders for delivery. 

 

Incorrect shipping information may result in the product not being delivered on time.  The cost of any reshipped products due to incorrect address information is the sender's responsibility.  Please ensure that all shipping information is correct - in particular zip code information.  Redelivery fees will be charged.

Shipping and Handling Costs
After we receive your order, we will provide you with the total cost of the items you have ordered, plus the cost of shipping & handling.

Deliveries to Small Business
Nancy's Gift Baskets will verify that someone is available to receive the package on the day of delivery.  There are no delivery fees to businesses in the Richland and Lexington counties of South Carolina.

Deliveries to Hospitals
When sending an order to a hospital patient please make sure that you include as much information about the patient's location as possible.

For example:
      Jane Doe - Patient
      General Hospital - XYZ Wing - Room 107
      123 Main Street
      Anytown, SC  29170

There are no delivery fees to hospitals in the Richland and Lexington counties of South Carolina.

Deliveries to Private Residences
Delivery will be made to private residences within 10 miles of Nancy's Gift Baskets for a $10.00 fee.


Freight Damage
All freight damage claims are the responsibility of the freight carrier and must be filed accordingly.  Any spoilage or shortage resulting from freight damage is the responsibility of the carrier.

Pricing
Prices on the website do not include shipping, handling, and appropriate taxes.

Return Policy

After purchase and delivery of our products, if you are not satisfied contact us within 7 days.  Refunds or replacements are handled on an individual basis.  Our goal is to please and delight our customers. 

Order Confirmation

You will receive confirmation via e-mail or telephone within one business day that an order has been received, with final pricing information (including shipping, handling, and appropriate taxes), and approximate delivery time.

If you wish to be notified when the gift has been delivered or shipped, please mention this when you place the order.

Out-Of-Stock Status
If an item is out-of-stock, you will be notified within 24 hours of Order Confirmation.

Cancellation Policy
If items are not received within 10 days or such other time promised in the Order Confirmation, you will be given the opportunity to cancel.

Privacy Policy
When you visit our web site, we do not collect personally identifiable information about you without your specific knowledge.  Any information provided by you is not shared with other companies or individuals.  We do not set or access cookies on your computer.  We will not use your Internet Protocol ("IP") address for any purpose.
